To and Fro

Tomorrow will officially be the day where I exercise most ever since returning here for the week. Why? Oh it is just that I have to walk to and fro from the new and a LOT further Monash Campus to my dear home, for like hmmm.....2 times? In a day, for 3 lectures. Isn't that cute? Girls are sometimes so adorable in a sense that they make clumsy little plans for more journeys than needed and then laughs shyly at her own mistake. But believe me, the harsh reality is not that heart warming. After all this is not a Kotex advertisement.

So why? Why travel 2 times to darling uni for 3 baby lectures? Why? Why is that so?

Because finally someone is coming to fix the Snoring Pig, namely my air conditioner. But oh dear! He could only make it between 1 pm and 4 pm! I have 1-hour lectures separately from 8-9 am, 11-12 pm and 5-6 pm. So I must make sacrifices. I weighed all possible paths carefully.

1) Skip the 8-9 am and 11-12pm lectures since both of them are 'useless' as quoted from MAJORITY of my seniors in both units. And I trust my friends.

2) Return home after the 11-12 pm lecture, and don't return for the 5-6 pm lecture. But this lecture is The Unskippable. What if he Glucocorticoid me again?

3) Get up EARLY, way EARLY to go for the 8-9 am lecture, return home after the 11-12 pm lecture, then return uni by 5 pm for another lecture before dragging myself back home again. This I can attend all lectures! And get my air cond fixed. Isn't this the perfect plan? But, talk about reluctance. Please.

In the end, I chose option 3. Cos Miss PKN suggested that she walk with me. Angelic? No. It is the lure of Medan food (how lowly have we become to be 'lured' by Medan food. Medan food!!) and to be able to lepak at her own house doing laundry. So I will take the shuttle bus at 7.30 am then take the bus home at 12.40 pm then walk back to uni at 4.30 pm and walk back home at 6 pm. It just makes me love Monash more.

I learnt something from all these. The Trade of Equivalence in Full Metal Alchemist is right. Nothing can come out of nothing. To gain something, you must give something equivalent in return. So, to rid an air conditioner that snores louder than me throughout the night, I must give up some time, effort, energy, sweat, happiness. Animes are educational. Ah, everything seems right again.

List of people to thank today:

Teru - bringing calmness and hope for me in life
WenJi - for the cute little postcard with the big egoistic contents written in it (haha)
Wan Ru - for dressing up sexily
TopShop - for having a delicious sale
Lee Chia - for all the Heroes Graphic Model and calling me Mrs Petrelli

New Campus Starvation and Blog Reviews

There was a hunt for food, real food in the spanking new Monash Campus today. I became totally carnivorous in my mind, as my salivary glands switched to overdrive when i imagined Kenny Rogers. And when I open my eyes, a RM 2.30 bun. The task was done by 3 minutes. When eating means nothing never rang this true. I was frantically searching for some real food but to no avail. And guess what. I bought 2 breads for tomorrow's journey, PKN copied me (I really think so). But damn it, we lost to Su-ee. She bought 6. Enough for the whole army of hungry Monashians. Can't wait to see the variety!! Haha.

"Wah, now you can really diet lo, Loretta...." - PKN. Ceh.

But the new campus is really something. For it reminds me a lot about last year. Hm, especially the library. Thebright red mini sofas, walls of green and grey, the slight noisiness and so on. As I sat there, I suddenly remembered the time I sat in Hargrave (almost typed Harvard, hoho) on a Sunday afternoon. Amy sat with her legs folded up and shoes off as usual. Wenji became a drifter around the computer area as usual. Siew Chin all dressed up for studying and cold jokes ready as usual. Olivia late and still tried to act cute as usual. It is nice to have so many 'as usuals'. We got used to each others' company. Loved it too.

The lecture theatres were kinda similar as well. Not that I mind! They are just so much more larger and cooler looking! I was so motivated to study!! Seriously... But I fell asleep during my very first lecture. A good sign of a prosperous semester ahead. The cafeteria is real BAD though. BAD. WORST. WRETCHED. Do you get the picture?

But overall, I kinda like this new place. Cooler!

Lately, I have been reading a lot of my friends' blogs. And here is a quick review:

Stephen
A very cold style of humour in his blogs wherre u just go SWEAT. In a sarcastic and 'wat the' kinda way. Occassionally meaningful in a confusing way, mostly loaded with crap. Hm, showing a lot of his true colours definitely. And wat is more in his blog other than crap? Well, any true Steve friend would know FOR SURE. If not (more like 'or else!!'), you better stay away from him from now on. It is always Hikki Hikki Hikki. Sometimes I wonder if he secretly harbours love for my alter ego, Hikari by loving the other Hikki (Utada Hikaru). Please don't make me say that again, Steve.

"I realized lately I kept buzzing people up in MSN giving them links to videos in YouTube. But then I realized I might be annoying them by sending them too much links..." - Steve.

"Hmmm..... What to write....erm...I mean type... I mean.. whatever" - Steve.

Amanda
Her blog is filled with fantasy style writing depicting things happening in her life, her mind and just pretty much anything. And trademark of Amanda, is the ocassionally exaggerated lines! I could just imagine her facial expressions and gestures, when I read those lines! Imagine a highly animated hyperactive Tweety Bird. And since it deals with her thinking, expect ocassional laughs thrown in at sometimes, very random areas. SWEAT. But haha.

"Typical guy-classifications. They just don't like anything that they dont understand." - Amanda.

"I've been some kind of blog-haunter lately. Thats rite. HAUNTER. I don't hunt. I haunt. I haunt people's blog everyday" - Amanda.

"Yeah, it happens everytime with everyone I go yumcha with. Its begining to form a pattern. Everything is positively "like that lo" in my life. Why eh?" - Amanda.

Cheryl
Hmmmm..... Her blog gives me a warm, fuzzy feeling. Just like a little animal which is innocent, cute, shy and definitely not a rat, mouse, hamster or guinea pig. Cos it is simple and lovable. Basically about everyday stuffs she sees. It is funny to see she has her weird sides as well!! Well covered weirdness.... For example, she papparazi-ed some pigeons at the old campus and made it into a small life story of the now famous pigeons. Fooled countless shop owners in One Utama into letting her parade their clothes and snap pics. Maybe this is why I like her blog! Simplicity masking her hidden quirkiness!

"It is about the World’s Ugliest Dog. The dog’s name is Elwood, and he (yes, it is a male)" - Cheryl.

"Yeah, you know... we usually dun understand what Mr.Bean is talking about in his shows right? Oh well, that was exactly what happened in his lectures!! " - Cheryl.

"I am so tired and sleepy now but I refuse to sleep. LoL. Since I missed my hokkien drama just now, I will stay up to watch it later" - Cheryl.

Lowena
This is a pig who enjoys trash talking celebs, gossipping about all creatures on Earth, publicizing her enormous mood swings, and posting over the top drama induced news. Check the dates people. This is a blogger who blogs like residents of The Day After Tomorrow. Totally random posts with very nasty humour which might not appeal to innocent sweet tooths, like me (visualize my smile, and try not to puke). Enjoy the humour in it, without taking it too much to the heart. Dr Hikari advice. Cool ne?

"Every girl has been through the stage when she drools over every pig she sees" - Lowena.

"Imagine running all the day from one block to another block just because you heard a couple shouted at each other." - Lowena.

JingWen
This is a total RANDOM blog! You never know what to expect for the next post or even, for the next sentence in the same post. Usually they are things that make you laugh your head off while your detaached head continues laughing on the floor. Elmo style. Or they'll be things that you never thought about before, drawing a grin of disbelief which can look retarded at times on ur face. I wonder how his mind works really. How he picks total random, and of such small details of things in his life to write about. Seriously! I love reading ur blog. Your randomness damn yeng, man.

"You know those transgender guys who grow boobies on their chests using female hormone pills? Maybe, just maybe, male hormone pills might just grow a mustache on me!! I alwayz wanted a mustache like the Chinese General" - JingWen

"Odd things you tend to do when you are alone and HIGHLY stressed:
1.) You tend to sing along to emo music, especially My Chemical Romance. And also, in a higher pitch, you know, to vent out the stress.
2.) You tend to take silly pictures of anything. Like this >>>> <<<<<>>>>>which has no significant meaning at all.
5.) Tend to make lame jokes, but since you are alone, you'll have to laugh at it yourself too. It doubles the happiness. :D
....Luckily, the piano anchors me. I love it. I'm naming it Kyoko Fujiwara..... you tend to give names to your possessions too." - JingWen.

"As the exams are approaching, it is almost customary that I seek 'guidance' from the Tarot" -JingWen.

"Something unusual happened @ the camp:
1. I named my futon Noriko Hasegawa." - JingWen.

"So, the only solution was to do my laundry in the bathtub... Stepping on a tub full of clothes is kinda therapeutic. I bet this is why people in the old days were so peaceful" - JingWen.

"It consists on 4 HarGaos and 4 SiuMais. At the beginning of the packet, we are contented with either HarGao or SiuMai because both are abundant. It is hard to choose which one to eat 1st mid-way. IF, i choose to devour the HarGao 1st, there will be an excess of 1 extra SiuMai compared to the total amount of HarGaos. WHICH brings me to the conclusion of life is full of choices, HarGaos and SiuMais, determine the course of time, and life" - JingWen.

"21 is usually the prime time for young people. Being 22 is like being declared 'no longer at prime', shit! But, according to the 'Periodic Table of Elements', 22 is Ti (Titanium). So, least being 22 still has its cool 'elements'. haha~" - JingWen.

Check them out y'all!

Pride

This word reminds me of Dennis.

"Pride hou hou tei ah... Mok Chuen hou yeng zhai ah....."
But then that is not the point of this post! (Hurls Dennis out of my mind.)

There is this barrier in me stopping me from doing something I really wish to or want to or even, think I should in all rights. You know it is strong when it keeps bugging your mind, like the Dennis-Pride thing but this is different in that I cannot just toss it out.

Once semester starts, perhap I'll be too caught up in my work (as usual) to let it bother me any longer? Hm, problem is, this time I don't wish to just forget about it. The feeling of looking on as something is developing into a problem. Helpless at how distant it seem despite everything involved being so near to me. Clueless as to what to do to ease the tension in myself.

Approaching my twenties (or approached, it doesn't really matter, ne?), really gave me different outlooks in life. I learnt the importance of caring for the ones I love. Family, friends, and people who just deserve the best. Learnt to identify the different ways others use to convey their care to me as well. Dad buys me grapefruits before he goes outstation always, although he himseld despises everything grapefruit. Small things like this can make one really happy, but can also be easily missed and be taken for granted. If this happens, you are just losing out of so much in life. So it is important to appreciate all little things in life.

So why not let go of some pride?
Show that you care. Make things right in this world.
Easier said than done.
Ho hee.

Actually what is so hard about telling the truth?
Being vulnerable sometimes despite knowing it might help?
To show your true feelings?

Somehow, the words I wish to say, the actions I intend, everything. Remains bottled up inside of me. Guarded by angst due to mixed emotions of disappointment, fear, anger and frustration. This is the barrier I guess.
And I am weak for not being able to overcome it.

Why can't I be more mature and act for the best of the situation?
Why am I so weakened by this thing called pride?
I hate all these.

A lot of people suffer because of pride. But that doesn't mean I should.
But that doesn't mean I won't.
For now, at this moment, I am suppressed and suffocating because of my stupid pride. And I might just regret this stupid decision of mine very soon. Weak.

Suddenly I feel young for battling with my inner self as most teenagers do! Haha. I'll try my best.

Sprained....

Today was a rollercoaster ride~!

First of all, returning from Sandakan became a bigger deal to me, since with each departure, my chances of returning there decreases. This is harsh reality, as I really don't mind spending everyday doing nothing, loitering at the same place, crapping about the same topic with the same people and just being plain Sandakanian. This is a place you call Home, I guess!

My progress with FF12 is not a proud one. This is the only regret!! And I practically lived like an elderly ......sleeping before 10.30 every nite, waking up at 7, eating junks all day. I almost talked like my mum. But then again, it is nice to know that me and my mum getting closer although we are quite far apart. That's why, never ever underestimate the power of 'kepo'ness, 8-ness, CARE, whatever u call it! Whoever is in need of the recipe, just as me hoho.

Being the emo I am, I almost cried on the plane. Missing my mum and the others, mixed feelings about leaving, uneasy over business unattained to and so on until a greasy haired Malay guy sat beside me. Poof! All feelings gone and disgust emerged! I am not being mean here! It is just! He was reading Bleach which was attracting me but his hair was REPULSING me! But, I was able to resist the temptation. So I settled in to sleep,....far from him. To wake up to a greasy head less than 2cm from my shoulder. Oh!! The horror, the shock, the greasiness....

But my Dad came to fetch me! Which is good! Cos I actually came back with more stuff thanks for dear cute Mum. But I snatched a lot of stuffs from my mum! Clothes, shoes, wahahaha! And with these stuffs come earlier mornings of pondering what to wear and the excitement of endless choices, which will end with the familiar i-have-nothing-to-wear within........2 weeks! But for now, yay!

I sprained my knee as well, during unpacking which can be equated making peace of a war between two nations. A sacrifice for peace. My Dad made me go for a chiropractor. Went through a gruelling session of massage. Massage: A sweet name for torture. It hurts so badly. But I finally get the chance to wear a knee-protector! Never had the chance to do so, since I am retarded in sports! So Yay for knee protector!

It was nice to see WenJi, Amy, Shirley and Olie jus now. Ok, it was jus from webcam but then it was fun. Reminds me of the many nice times we spent together in totally un-meaningful ways. Oh, the beauty of it.

And it is always nice to know you have friends who you can count on for a deep talk. This might sound ironic, cos I am really relating deep talk to Steve, the Crap King. To make it more Ironic, Choo the Pig Talk. I feel a sense of confusion flooding my mind rite now. A Crap King and Pg Talker for deep conversations? But that is the truth. Me, the Innocent Lady, having deep talks with these 2? Ok, it is the truth. They make me happy! They are really nice,............. sometimes. Erm, at rare occassions. Yeah, that is better.

There is something making me every uneasy rite now. Sometimes things dun go the way u wan it to. Teru said this as well!! So it must be true. Haha. Lame. Erm ok, I dun expect everything, everyone to go or do things my way. That is why, people face disappointment and learn to deal with it. Easier said than done. But almost always, things come to a good end. That is all that matters i guess. Now, I just have to endure the journey!

Time to shower! Late cos i had to wait 2 hrs before my injury can touch water!

HEROES Chapter 2

An eclipse is a very short phenomena. But, within the short dark phase of an eclipse, in LoreMe's world in Mon-Ash, multiple events occured. A very short instance which flanked these few days of LoreMe's life as a new hero.

Last Wednesday, seemed like ages ago now. But the memories of the enemies remain crystal clear. Another gatekeeper to struggle through, as these Students approach the ideal educated to them - to be a Graduate. An ideal instilled by external forces, but quietly doubted by Students. After all, you never know what lies beyond ideals. Or whether the ideals themselves are so much that is expected of. But, as heroes, the Students have no choice. LoreMe started that mind boggling day with an attempt to conceal her secret weapon - Flabbee. Regardless of how geng this weapon is, making it too visible is never safe to herself. Erm, also to others. To her mum even?

This gatekeeper was no easy one as it is built on the most abstract thing in the world. Anxiously, LoreMe and her fellow Students checked for their battle allocation. She was allocated to the larger group of combatants. BabiNing and SuSuSu walked with LoreMe to Region 2.2 this time, a new location. SuSuSu is another ally of LoreMe. Her abilities? Hugeness. Huge eyes, huge supper, 'huge' hair, huge laugh, huge file, huge brain capacity. Enemies are often wiped out entirely just by her humongous presence. From afar, two faint voices alerted these three, as the dimness of the pathway nearly led them away from the battlefield. Afterall, BabiNing was never trained in even crossing traffic and SuSuSu's huge brain probably blocked LoreMe's view.

This Eeck-xam was tough. What gatekeeper was it? The Gatekeeper of Blurness of all Blurness in the name of Blur-O-Ma. The overwhelming emotion inside of LoreMe could hardly be contained as she discover her lameness being challenged by blurness. Equally powerful and attractive abilities to own for sure. The enemies of this Eec-xam were....all over the place. Intertwined in blurness and elements inducing memory loss in Students. These enemies are unknown to commoners and remains a secret safeguarded by heroes like these Students. Among us, millions of ALIENS thrive. In fact they preceded all man kinds, known this Earth for as long as my mum nags, remaining invisible to find the appropriate time prey on innocent humans. Dangerous and sneaky. LoreMe battled hard with 17 clusters of these enemies. Escherichia, Salmonella, Shigella. She panted as she controlled the trembling hand of hers, her Strength was dropping. Then, she caught sight BabiNing, requesting for extra backup an indication of her advancing rapidly through the enemies. The fire in LoreMe burnt and - Limit Break! Saccharomyces, Vibrio, Clostridium. The execution of techniques were ugly as the desire to surive can turn a person into a demon. Cursive Writing became more like Scripture Writing, a technique banned from Eeck-xams due to its high level of lethality among fellow Students. But, LoreMe's plan was to attach a photo of herself in the end of the Eeck-xam. Cos LoreMe is lame. But let us not forget her other abilities as she forgot the fact that NICE pictures of hers are rare.

The next day, as preparation towards the most devilish Gatekeeper for this semester, LoreMe meditated in front of 234958 sheets of Eeck-xam manual for more than 18 hours. The meditation involed: 10% resisting Sleep, 30% replenishing Stamine (eating), 40% full blast Absorption from manual (Peter Petrelli style), 20% practicing Lameness, her ultimate ability. After that, the next morning saw LoreMe griefing partly over the disappearance of Flabbee, for the first time in 5.7 years. Tears of joy almost broke, but it was still too early, sobbed LoreMe.

Gatekeeper of Extra Notes, Journals and Toothless. There was fear and dark circles in all candidates' eyes. LoreMe had never been so decisive in an Eeck-xams before. In about 5 minutes time, it was crystal CLEAR which enemy she should attempt at and which she should definitely steer clear of. With her Pen of Blue ready, she advanced through : kruppel, Toll, Spatzel, rhomboid. What are these you asked? Vicious enemies called Genes sent by their leaders like Drosophila, C. Elegans, Arabidopsis, under the direction of Wolpert. Imagine Genes as triad members led by Triad bosses like Drosophila which poured out from a pandora box called Wolpert. This was not the only hurdle. Time was again playing tricks to the minds of all heroes in the battlefield. Its hands were definitely moving faster than supposed to. LoreMe was sure, but there was no need of a commotion. With this, ended the 5 days continuous battle in Eeck-xams.

Today, LoreMe wanted a break from all the heroic acts. To be normal just for once. She concealed all her greatness in lameness and went to the Pyramid. The huge lion head greeted her with all the most meaningful banners reading: Sales, 50%, Offer. Moments like that really warms LoreMe up. The peaceful atmosphere inside the Pyramid eased LoreMe's soul. But this tranquility was soon shaken up. Steps in front of LoreMe was a small opening promising change and unpredictability. A small dark dimension among all the brightly lit areas. LoreMe is a hero so she shall investigate, was what she thought to herself as her lameness began to resurface.

As soon as she entered, it was a rollercoaster ride of curiosity, dilemma, indecisiveness, anticipation, excitement and finally, to the hands of the scissor-wielding species called Hairdressers. Just like how Venom got Spiderman, LoreMe changed colour into a bright brownish-red. Shocked at first, but curious to play with its capability, LoreMe roamed the Pyramid with this new image of hers, while waiting for any changes it might bring. Nothing. But if Spiderman became influenced by his negative side by Venom and he is a hero, LoreMe shoud be experiencing something as well as she is a hero. She waited. Then it happened. The eyebrows.

When LoreMe caught sight of a mirror, she saw it. On her face, huge thick black caterpillar eyebrows. The change was really a negative one, as the bright colour enhanced the caterpillar-ness of her eyebrows. Panicked, but determined, LoreMe tried hard to shake the thought off. But, no matter where she went, whichever self reflection she saw, whatever mirror there is, there the eyebrows were. Staring back at LoreMe, haunting her, consuming her. In the end, this hero returned to that dimension and stripped off this new identity of hers. At this point she realized she was really a hero. As everyone knows, Spiderman gave up his negative side as well.

It is amazing how things are happening to a point that LoreMe is finding it hard to deny herself as a hero. And looking at herself in the mirror, she saw lameness. Lameness is LoreMe. LoreMe is lameness. As one heroic entity, they shall save the world.

HEROES Chapter 1

It was a morning of anticipation although it seemed like any other morning. Despite all that, the premonitions were all there. The surprisingly quiet air cond unit, the foggy window. And of all this, for her eyes to wake before the dreaded alarm went off.

This morning was anything but ordinary. Because this is the fateful day where a group of chosen special people will realize that they are not ordinary. Destiny and fate shall show them what they are chosen to do.

LoreMe (lame but read it in terms of Do Re Mi), woke up, knowing this day would come. But not realizing how fast it actually was. It has been 3 months or more, ever since she realize her new mission. Staring at herself in the mirror, she sighed as she put on her warpaint. To prepare for her battle with the unknown. Warpaint applied, eyes brightened up, combat suit on. Her heart was still unsure of what is to come.

The journey to the Stresphul City was a dangerous one like usual. With the battle shoes of 2 inches high, it was never easy to dodge the attacks of the Gardeners with their HTwoO blazing. Today, having known her role in this whole plan, she had to be extra careful. You never know what others will do to her, if they knew what she could do.

Within Mon-Ash, a UniverCity, all the usual destined Students are there. Surviving under and secretly trying to overhaul respective Organizations within this city. The Organizations which are yet to reveal their true identity. Each Student here, just have to go through gruel training and embark on a road of discovery, as they prepare to face the gatekeepers of these Organizations. One by one, these gatekeepers are to be taken down, before the whole Organization can be demolished.

This is a motivational thought. Succesful demolition of an Organization had seen that group of successful Students transforming into very cool looking black robed and hugely grinned individuals, although, there is the weird-looking Square-headpiece which function is unknown, but every Student aims for this transformation. These individuals called Graduates.

After two years of taking down first level and second level gatekeepers, LoreMe was proceeding towards the first third level gatekeeper. LoreMe is no ordinary person since she is a Stewdun. Capable of absorbing lameness from all entities (I just can't resist this 'absorbing' from everyone thing....Petrelli ho!), rapid countering of everything with exaggerated actions and induction of cold jokes in all situations, made her eligible for this mission. She shall laugh at danger and scare it away with lameness. From the start, LoreMe had always known that this is her destiny.

Serious meditation and preparation took place prior to the big battle in the LieBrary, where the quietness was excellent to induce Sleep. This process enabled the regain of Health Points (HP) by these Sudents. The cold atmosphere generated was a big help. LoreMe met her fellow Stewdun here. KaraKaraBee. This is not a strange name, I assure you. I assured you.

KaraKaraBee is capable of providing tranquility, stress, motivation, surprise and so on with her..........quiet, nature. Her silence drive others to think of what she is thinking while the others are not really thinking and there is nothing to think about. In simple words, she is a multiple emotion inducer by being quiet. So extraordinary. Today she induced Sleep in LoreMe. After gaining all the HP needed, LoreMe received a call on her Z610i from BabiNing. Babi is the short form for BarBie, actually. Time to restock on Magic Points (MP) and Strength. You never wanna lose because of this in the battle. Too embarassing.

Usual stuff for this stock up. And as usual, the stock up was pretty heavy and pretty obvious as the baggage consisting it protruded from LoreMe's battlesuit, into this gentle and soft and round thing they term as Tummy. LoreMe's everything is extraordinary, so there is a name for it. Flabbee. Cute and meaningful, agreed?

The opening to the battlefield was cold and empty when LoreMe and BabiNing reached. However, commotion started as soon as the other Students allocated for this final mission arrived. Yes, for the first time, everyone gathered to turn over this gatekeeper. LoreMe was allocated the terminal called Desk C13. Not a good number.

As they entered the battlefield, Region C3.13 of Mon-Ash, there were grins, gloominess, fear and anticipation everywhere. Different abilities of different Stewduns are indicated here. LoreMe was just, well, felt nothing. Just as all Students positioned themselves for the ultimate battle, the very yeng-named fiends called InvigilatorS started allocating the fearful opponents to each of the Students! This is never a time where preparation can help. No matter how prepared one is, the sight of it just spells terror. Our opponents, directly under the order of the gatekeeper..... Eeeck-xam.

Sole weapons being Pens of Blue Ink, mostly or some selected few using Pens of Black Ink, are sometimes just not enough. For there is another opponent. The hideous flat round being at the end of this space. Its twiggy hands moving in pulses, creating nerve-wrecking echoes of 'tick-tock', 'tick-tock', messing with Stewdun minds. It posses such great power over its ultimate weapon called Time. This time it chosed the technique of 3HourS. Like a Snitch to Harry Potter, this monster called Time is greater as it is chased like hell by everyone. Looking at it, LoreMe could see its Evil Grin hiding behind its kolot design.

The Pens of Blue and Black warriors continued to attack these Eeeck-xams. A stroke here, a stab there, a full stop here, a comma there, Cursive Writing, Erase-Away----!! It was an ugly sight of suffering and determination to survive. But in the end, Time showed its uglier face. And the InvigilatorS made appeared uglily...no, I mean suddenly as well. The Eeeck-xams were retrieved. All Students tried their best to demolish these demons. But, what can the gatekeeper do? With their Pen of Reds, they can do a lot. All those attacks from Students towards those Eeeck-xams could easily be cancelled out by these Gatekeepers. And, no one knows until the end of this mission, where the mother of all disguise called Results come out. Why a master a disguise? You never know what it holds and it seems always, innocent enough.

This Gatekeeper mission was done for today. BTH3757, commonly refered to as a Unit or Subject by Students, is the mission allocated by the Gatekeeper of today. As LoreMe proceeded out of the battlefield, slightly beaten up, she never expected to be beaten up more badly. Seems like, 10% HP of the Eeeck-xam allocated to her was missed due to low levels of Agility and Accuracy in her. No doubt, as she was too busy cooking up lame terms for the simple term known as a Clock when in the Battlefield. Did I mention that she thought for a long time of what to call the Invigilators before ending up calling them InvigilatorS anyway? But all's well ends well as LoreMe discovers another ability of hers. To take the falling sky as a blue blanket.

All Students then proceeded to return to their ordinary world, and mask their true identities as the secret fighters for survival in UniverCity, and in this story's case, it is the deadly UniverCity of Mon-Ash.

This is a story of ordinary beings waking up to an extraordinary calling.
These are Students.
They are HEROES.

Heart Disk (lame?)

Of all the worries in my mind, in my world, in the universe!!

I dun even have time to worry abt my weight, altho it is not like there is anything to worry about, And I expect all of you to agree.

"It is so hot lately. And I can't wear singlets!" said Me.
"Why? Just wear one!" said innocent Su-ee.
I laughed with a tingling li'l hurt inside me.

Sometimes despite not being close as in physically erm, or should I say not realized us being close, and that person actually opened up to you. The moment you feel their honesty and what they are willing to share or entrust in you, is really touching. At least, I feel like you see something in me. Something which made you believe in me and share with me the problems you have.

I just realized there are actually a lot people that share with me their lives. This is hard to put. A friend, can be someone who is just present in numerous chapters in your life.
But special friends are those who shared your life with you.
Left memories, laughters, reminiscence, advices, happiness and moments in your life.

In these people, you can hear the truth in nice ways or in harsh ways! But equally appreciated both ways and everything usually ends with a laugh. A light hearted but lingering laugh. Or if it is started by Amy, might be a lame but repetitive one. After all, Papaya-Pumpkin moment is still deeply carved in my Funny Folder in my Heart Disk.

Along the way, meeting so much people, sometimes I wonder why did we meet? Some of these selected people I wish I had made the effort to know better and maybe, we could have created great moments together! After all some of my random actions have brought in GREAT things to my life! And there are those few which I wish I had never invested in that much effort and hopes. But as you deal with life, LGO. Life Goes On. Lame case again.

Speaking of lameness, SiewChin got the Lame Ques no. 2 I put on my Frenster shoutout, proving that: She is the Lame of all Lameness. Rite? I said so. I said so!

There are few people who I can be really honest to in my life. I have a lot of people talking to me, sharing with me their deepest emotions. But to me it is hard. Lacking of female genes maybe? Ectopic expression of male genes in me? Bla. Genetics babi.

Always wondered why it is so hard for me. And the few I can truly talk to are getting further and further away from me. So much so that sometimes I worry what effect distance can bring to what we share now.

That is why I miss those quiet nights we walked back together to Normanby.
The read-between-the-lines MSN chats we share which seems like craps and arguments to others, and how well you know when I had a problem.
The lame lame jokes you insert in between serious chats with your CUTE accent.
The times we had on our own to talk while you drive that familiar white car.

This family of Heroes is getting smaller. How sad.
I should be expanding this family of mine. So that I can release more.
At least I learnt to let go!

Fake

Some facts are hard to accept but yet remains harder when one keeps hoping.

In this whole wide world, it amazes how two individuals can actually meet. What more being friends, sharing moments together, writing off a part of each other's stories. What more to be family, to share the same blood (er, literally would be genetic material which I am not going to touch).

But other than blood. Is there nothing else we share?

Despite what I see, or what you try to make me see. All over again, I doubt of how true it is. Doubting is not only a torture. It brings guilt and disappointment. Guilt for not being able to continue trusting and disappointment for knowing how fragile everything is.

We have always been so very different. All the time. In everything. But all of us are, I guess. I have always hoped to be able to understand you. Over-confident or high-expecting as I might have been, I always thought I knew you best and had your trust and honesty. But looking back now, it is a bit sad to have to describe all these using past tense.

Should I thank you for giving me this illusion, which seriously made me glad, relieved and proud. Or should I beg of you to continue shielding me from what lies within.

I thought I knew you.
I thought I understood you.
I thought we were as close as ever.
I thought too much.

It is always painful to know that this special person, actually has an inner personality, or alter ego, or desperately-projected image, which I hate so much.

At the end of the day, you and I are different.
Who am I to judge you, but being me, I cannot bear being fake to you.
The way you deceived me.
It does not matter now. Nothing will anymore.

Turbulent week

This week had been a turbulent one! Violently so I dare say!

The first turbulence of cos is due to the ever so lovely way Monash treats me. I don't even need to ask for assignments and every helpful little beings in Monash had them arranged properly for me. And although it is quite a lot, I will only need 2 weeks time to do them, cause that is all I am getting anyway. Don't them as mean, readers! They are kind enough to make us finish EVERYTHING in 2 weeks so that we can go for the exams. Oh, kind kind souls.

The next is the turbulent state my dear room is in now. It is like a heaven of paper~ or more specifically, journals~! Dr Robin would LOVE my place! And look at my dressing table - laptop, wires, webcam, bottles of skincare, PAPER, pens, pencils, tissue paper - my little overflowed treasure chest! Oh where is my lab coat again? But fear not, this shall be the first turbulence I calm as a BIGGER TURBULENCE will ensue on Thursday if I don't. Guess what it is?

The messy state my schedule is in! So messy! So messy! OK, out of words to describe. Erm let's just say, there are due dates everywhere and constant change of dates due to procrastination~ How sweet! It makes me feel important and productive actually. Or should I say, it helps to make me feel important and ease my guilt of procrastinating.

Then there is the networking turbulence. No matter how you try, there are bound to be conflicts in you everyday life~ Family, friends, taxi drivers. Then it makes you feel as if, your whole like is and was never stable. Changes take place everyday whether u like it or not. With changes, come instability, and turbulence. Just have to sort it out one by one.

Then pimples. This is a big big SHAKE to me. I never know what to do with them other than staring at them with intense hatred. Swear to wash up everyday, eat less oily or heaty stuff and keep my hands off my face. To find myself failing all of them very very soon. Sigh, oh well!

My life is turbulent. But so is the washing machine when in action. That means, my life is full of action? Woohoo, that is a better perspective.
